About Our Firm

Since 2006, Yeisley Financial Group has been working with friends and neighbors throughout south-central Kansas to help them pursue their financial goals through the use of insurance and investment products. We are rooted in the community and have developed our business by creating close, personal relationships with our clients.

Our vision is to create a culture of caring and generosity that empowers our clients, employees and owners to positively impact their families and communities.

Randy Yeisley Founder and President

A calming presence in an industry that can too often be intimidating, Randy founded Yeisley Financial Group in 2006 to further his lifelong ambition of making someone’s life better each day.

“I feel incredibly blessed that I have the ability to do something I enjoy while still earning a living and helping other people achieve their dreams — all at the same time," he said.

Randy is a financial professional who can offer both insurance and investment products and services. Before joining the financial services industry, he enjoyed a 20-year career in telecommunications with an emphasis in engineering and new business development. Today, that experience empowers Randy to approach financial planning from an analytical standpoint and explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms. A native Texan, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech and is a Registered Financial Consultant.

In 2000, Randy moved to Wichita, Kansas, where he met his wife, Stephanie. Their blended family includes five children, five grandchildren and two terriers named Braelyn and Herschel. “Some of our clients care as much about seeing the dogs when they come into the office as they care about seeing me,” Randy joked. He and Stephanie are strong financial supporters of their local church as well as other ministries around the country.

Inherently driven to help others, Stephanie’s welcoming smile and knack for problem solving have been key pieces of the Yeisley Financial experience since she helped start the firm nearly two decades ago.

Stephanie is passionate about customer service and seeks to set Yeisley Financial apart from other firms through consistent, proactive communication with clients. She understands that clients just want to know that their issues and problems are being handled in a timely manner. She also oversees all of the day-to-day operations of client account setup and maintenance. Stephanie takes pride in bringing helpful information and a personal touch to every interaction she has with clients.

Stephanie is a lifelong resident of Wichita, Kansas, where she first met her eventual husband, Randy. She says family is at the center of her heart, and that group includes five children, five grandchildren and two terriers named Braelyn and Herschel. When she’s not helping clients, Stephanie enjoys exercising, traveling and studying scripture — she is passionate about helping others discover the word of God.
